RE: COVID-19 Response Update 1.0

Good Afternoon Youth Baseball Families,

With the continuing developments and recommendations issued to reduce the spread of COVID-19 by the state and national government and in collaboration with our partners at the City of Fishers and Hamilton Southeastern Schools, Mudsock Youth Athletics will suspend all practices and game activities for all spring sports until Monday, April 13th.

Our organization will issue weekly updates through our email and social channels to continue to provide you the latest news that may affect this timeline. When necessary, updates may occur more frequently. Please note that we want your children to participate in activities this Spring and we will do everything possible to move forward with the season once we believe it is safe to do so. Our number one priority is the safety of our players, coaches, officials, and families that are a part of the HSE school district community.

During this time, we will be monitoring our social channels, facebook.com/MudsockYouth and @MudsockYouth on Twitter, as well as responding to questions via [email protected] within a 24-hour time period. We will let you know if our office hours or operation may need to change moving forward.

These actions are necessary to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
